1. 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

First-Time Customers:

• 30-day money-back guarantee on initial subscription

• Full refund if requested within 30 days of purchase

• Applies to monthly and annual plans

• One-time per customer/organization

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be your first paid subscription

• Account in good standing

• No Terms of Service violations

• Request submitted within guarantee period

2. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancel anytime through your dashboard

• Or email [email protected]

• Effective at end of current billing period

• No partial period refunds

What Happens After Cancellation:

• Service continues until period ends

• Data available for export (30 days)

• AI agents stop after billing period

• Cannot reactivate same guarantee terms

3. REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Eligible for Refund:

• Monthly/annual subscription fees (within guarantee)

• Duplicate charges or billing errors

• Service outages exceeding SLA terms

• Pre-paid unused credits (pro-rated)

Processing Time:

• Review: 3-5 business days

• Approval/Denial notification: 24 hours

• Refund processing: 5-10 business days

• Bank processing: 3-5 additional days

4. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

NOT Eligible for Refunds:

• Setup or onboarding fees

• Custom AI training or development

• Consumed API calls or usage

• Third-party integration costs

• Services already rendered

• Renewals after first term

• Add-ons or extra features after 48 hours

5. SERVICE CREDIT ALTERNATIVE

Instead of refunds, we may offer:

• Service credits for future use

• Extended service periods

• Additional features or capacity

• Priority support access

Credits are:

• Valid for 12 months

• Non-transferable

• Non-cash redeemable

6. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

7. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Technical Issues:

• Full refund for complete service failure

• Pro-rated for partial outages

• May require troubleshooting first

Annual Plans:

• Pro-rated refund within first 30 days

• After 30 days: pro-rated service credit only

• No refunds after 90 days

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If refund denied:
